I don't know the facts of this case,and I ain't gonna waste any time looking.

I do know that it's a federal crime to open somebody's mailbox,touch,or tamper with somebody's mail in any manner.

Only if they had a warrant,does that allow the opening of a mailbox.

You know the phrase "a bad apple spoils the bunch" refers to the fact that if one bad apple is left with 99 good ones it will rot all 100. It is not a way to excuse the bad apple but is a warning to get rid of it as soon as you see it before it ruins your entire harvest.

What does the color of the homeowners skin have to do with anything?

And yes we are to believe they were law abiding as in the US a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Looks like a he said she said situation, and the (stupid?) cops took the wife's side. "William" moved to the Philippines and found a new wife there. Good for him.

If he had been home, he would have been within his rights to use lethal force to repel the break-in and armed home invasion.

Always remember... God will judge those in authority much stricter than the general public.

The wife was too scared to go home to get her stuff without a police escort.

The cops knew this. They knew there was a reason for it.

The truth is, they were highly unprofessional. It's that simple. But it doesn't mean the home owner is a good guy here.

Anytime a woman feels the need to have police escort like that, it means the husband is an abuser, 95% of the time. She isn't afraid for no reason. That is her home, that is the man she was married to. This woman felt scared and she obviously got the sympathy of the police over it.

They likely had it for a reason. The wife needed a police escort because she was being abused.

LOL you don't have to provide any proof to get a police escort to get belongings like that. You just call and ask and they do it.

Same goes for restraining orders, and that's divorce step 1 for any good (bad?) Divorce lawyer.

A woman once filed and received a restraining order against David Letterman, she claimed he was trying to control her through the TV set. They had never even meet in the same room, and lived on opposite sides of the country.

That's exactly what I thought too, either she's REAL Pretty and is one of those women that evokes that male response to save, or, one of the cops is fucking her or both
I worked with a chick who, within 5 mins of walking into a set could have every single one of your tools Including Your ladder, AND, have all the men in the room helping her to relieve you of them and I'm a woman btw. For some reason I don't evoke that response in men, lol.
