I grounded myself with my Love Rig, and sat down for this. I had two stones with me I've been working with, and my Love Rig. I had them in my lap....my root chakra has been so active since integrating that one, so that's where I thought they should go. I closed my eyes, and took some deep cleansing breaths.

Interestingly, rather than feeling the energy move in my root chakra like I have been here recentlly, I felt it in my brain....my third eye. The energy was moving in my third eye, it moving back and forth....heh, kinda like your swaying, except I'm sure it was stronger in me....lol, that kind of swaying might've knocked you off your feet....I get such huge energy movement in my body when I do energy work for myself. I mean, what's happening is actually moving my body. It can be seen that it's moving me.

I drew the energy in through my left hand, which is normal for me. I was just sitting with the rocking in my head, and then it started to slow down....heh, I didn't feel finished yet, because the energy wasn't moving through me, and out of my right hand, like it normally does. I felt there was a blockage.

The movement started up again, and one moment later I viewed a small white light lightning bolt "zap" inside my brain, off to the right of center and the pineal gland, it's like it struck the very edge of the pineal gland. This did not hurt, at all. No worries. I then started hearing the song, Let Your Love Flow, playing in my head....I love-love song messages.

THEN the energy started moving completely through me, and I felt my right hand "spark up" with the movement....and with that I was finished. I opened my eyes, and everything was lighter and brighter in my Lily Pad. I feel refreshed, although I wasn't feeling drained of energy when we began...but I felt like I had been refreshed.

I did feel you more "pointedly" this time, but that could be because we put our heads together about this session, rather than being "casual" about it, but it could be about the device, too. It doesn't matter, though....it was very good, regardless.

And lovey, our expanded selves are old friends....you and I are soul kin, eh?

It comes as no surprise to me that my expanded self is communicating with you directly....and I'm so grateful that you have the open mind to hear me.

I have a few times gotten a glimpse of you and me in that expanded self space. We are holding "hands," and smiling the biggest smiles. We giggle together, too, if they see me seeing us.

I love-love you very, very much....so very much....

Yes, I'm now fairly certain the quartz piece was the conduit for the little lightning bolt, that the pivotal moment....I mean, is the tachyon device supposed to do particular work like that, or is it more of a booster to the energy work being done?

Well, it certainly stands out in that picture. It's near to glowing, as I'm seeing it. It's very bright.

It's really very beautiful...it just looks so pristine to me. Nice.

My little rose quartz piece was one of the pieces I had with me during the session. I've heard-felt it vibing me to pick it up and work with in the last 15 minutes....to be quiet with, more to the point.

So, that's what I'm going to do. Maybe I'll take a nap, too, after I see what's up with it. It will be a sweet nap, if I can get it in...

Thanks for that. I'm slowed down. I was pretty hyper with my love spreading this morning. Not a bad thing, spreading around love energy, but neither is rest.

CosmicGypsy and others, I have a new idea if you guys want to try it out.
Shamans use a Mapacho (tobacco) Rapé (pronounced Ha-pey) ceremony where they smoke the sacred plant, sometimes mixed with other plants. And they blow the smoke onto the patient.
They sometime (maybe always?) hum or sing an Incara (magic song).
You guys can look it all up on the internet if you want more info.

I have this pipe that I got from a guy named Merlin. It's never had anything smoked in it. I got it around the time a Shaman did Shaktipat (a transfer of Spiritual Energy) on me.

When I put the pipe in my mouth there is a hole that faces my 3rd eye & I blow into the pipe & the breath goes through the pipe right at my 3rd eye. It also makes a little whistling sound as i do this.
I'm thinking I could turn the pipe so the hole faces away from me & onto you(s) & I could do like a distant ceremony on yous, without the plants.

I don't think I want to participate in that exercise. Something about it sits uncomfortably with me....for me. It may be appropriate for everyone else.

And I'm now thinking I'm uncomfortable with it because there's an "open-ended" quality about it...and it's too structured for me, as well.

This is just the way I roll, sister. There's no time for beating around a bush these days....

I want to share this method of doing Reiki I did years ago. It's for when a Reiki healer is going to be doing distant healing and, preferably, is done with a full three session healing sessions.

At one of my friend's urging to write and send off to alternative magazines, I wrote an article about this, although I never sent it off. I still have it, though.

Heh, I titled the article, "What do Reiki, Voodoo....and Butcher Paper have in common?"....


This is how it was done, and the idea for it came to me via a light bulb moment, after someone blasting me for blasting voodoo....because, in all truth, voodoo isn't unlike Reiki in the sense that while doing distant healing, many of us use pictures or a stuffed toy or whatever to represent that person's body....and that is not unlike some of the practices of voodoo, eh?


The distance session is done that same as any other, save for that you have a body sized paper - I used butcher paper, because it was all I could find that would go long enough - with a full-sized outline of a body on it. The outline body represents the healee. You write their name and birthplace at the top of the paper, well above the head. You put the opening symbols you're going to use at the top of the head, if even it's only the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol used. Do put that symbol at the top of their "head." Have a pencil at your table.

Do all this before initiating the session.

Now, I did this while on speaker phone with my person....and man-oh-man, that really heightened the quality of the session, being able to hear what the person is thinking or what is happening within them in real time. It can get kinda awkward talking about what happened during a session after the session, and some things are forgotten about.

So, when the person speaks up and says they felt something at a certain place on their body, you can make note of that on the paper with the pencil, and you'll then have a reference for that particular problem to work on in the rest of your sessions....nothing is left out hanging in the wind. You can make notes to yourself about what you want to look into later, too.

And you don't have to use a pencil, I just like using pencils, rather than pens.


As well, when all the sessions are done, that piece of paper can be mailed to the person, so they can have it as a keepsake...and a reminder.

I was never about charging money for a healing session, but the cost of shipping that could be absorbed by the person who wants to have it. It's very light, and wouldn't be expensive.

It really is a neat and tidy way to do the distant healing sessions, and I would love it if some of you would give it a try.

I'm not doing it anymore, because I'm not doing Reiki anymore, save for a few symbols I'll use with myself.

And even colored pencils to follow up with notes on what you want to work on, with the color that would match the healing you want to do with that particular part of the body....but this done when not in the session, and done while you're evaluating your next session.

I'm not able to imagine having different colored pencils to choose from while in a session....that might've been too distracting for me, but perhaps not for someone else.

I freely posted this for people to use, if they want, and they can remodel it as they see fit....I've not posted it before, because I know there are some who might use it to a not so good end....but energy is different now from back then, when I did this.

Heh, most of us can feel when someone doesn't have our best interest at heart, so we won't go there.

As well, most of us energy workers, even the "dark" ones know all about karma. Most of us don't want that.

Heh, I was told by an Akashic Reader a few decades ago that I had been a Black Magus two lifetimes ago, a powerful one. The thing is, I met a bigger and badder one who slapped my energy field with a lesser-demon....I got cursed.

It took me to the middle of this lifetime to "let go" of that. I exorcised it - or spirit released it - all by myself. I didn't know what the hell was going on, I was only barely "awake," and I was scared to death, out of my mind with fear with what was happening....and there was no one there threatening me.

After sitting on the couch for awhile, all bunched up, frightened near out of my mind, I walked around a corner in my house, and there was this HUGE column of black energy I was walking into, I very instinctively clasped my arms together in front of me, and PUSHED. It zipped up out the roof of the house....thank god for my Wanderer instincts.

That whole scene started while I was asleep. I was "dreaming" there was a cassette player on my bed, playing Greg Allman's "I'm no Angel." I kept hitting the off button, but it kept playing. I woke up to instantly find that I felt like someone was outside my bedroom window with a gun, and they were coming for me.

Wild night for me, but I learned a lot about myself and spirit possession after that....

I've done other spirit releases on myself and others, a few demonic, but I don't like doing the demonic ones. They can be very, very dicey situations....really dicey, from my experiences. I've never gone into one willingly, they just happened....I suppose my energy bites their little demon butts, and they raise their angry heads....that's when the "fun" begins....

Heh, I just had a full body shudder....

I found a clear crystal cluster and a large crystal point that I will leave here and an arrowhead that I will carry with me. All for protection from the bad guys after me.
