Blood donor and surgery question

So I have seen reports that the actual blood looks very different after the vax. What happens if a non vaxxed needs surgery and blood ? If they give them the altered blood? Would it even be compatible? Would it then make you vaxxed? This creates an issue for me. I don’t want it.
