PCR tests are deployed to identify genetic markers and genes. They have nothing at all to do with testing for viruses. They utilized these tests to identify individuals with certain genetic markers and genes. They've likely tested all they believe they can and have identified all they're going to be able to - and vaxed (attacked) all those they were going to be able to. So, they withdraw the authorization and wrap up that part of the operation.
