Watch what you pack in your bug out bag, it'll be easy for them to catch you with this technology. Especially if they're tracking your tires.

Shitcan everything new. Buy old stuff at Goodwill and rummage sales.

I agree with this - if you can find something that is NOT "smart" that is in good condition or can be fixed, go with it. Don't know what kind of info they want out of my toaster.

IoT has broken and already broken WPA2 wifi encryption. Anyone with air crack and hash cat can crack a wifi password in a few hours. Now imagine if not only the government, but every malicious hacker on the net has access to your IoT devices?

What if I told you there is a search engine dedicated to finding things connected to the internet like your IoT devices? It gets better.

Remember the ring camera hacks? Do you really think they got patched? The only reason that zero day hit the scene was because some idiot kid took control over a kid's camera and messed with the kid.

Told my Mom that, she thought I was crazy.
Till her maytag broke and in the process of pulling it apart she saw that it actually had a built in antenna.
The look on her face was priceless.

Every car since 2005 has a built in gps that communicates with third parties.

These cars can be remote controlled too.

hey dummies

you already have listening devices in your home, and on your person that listens to you and tracks all you do and say and where you are

your phone that you most likely are using to post here to warn people about tech that listens to you

If you have onStar or other car link thing they are tracking you and probably selling your data too.

Kill Alexa now.

Can anyone tell us how to find this stuff so we can disable, jam it, or throw it away? I don’t see any IPs on my router so how’s it work?

All of their toys that show them everything can be smashed to pieces.

All of their toys can be rendered useless with enough brute force interference.

They can only see you if their toys are around, and they can ALWAYS see you when their toys are around.

Remember this.

Oh dear.
Goodbye, halcyon days...

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened.

PEOPLE ARE STUPID.

Everything is wired if it can be. This age is the NSA & FBI's WET DREAM.

Hell the Palm Treo and flip phone could trun on mic, cam and track. I know because I was there and studied programming them.
IT'S in the programming manuals NOT User manuals.

Do a google intitle:index.of search for the programming manuals using the site: and pick a domain other then USA. .ru for russia .fr for france...etc

look it up.
