From a rambling old fool in his basement to leader of the free world? If it is him, the pauses etc could be he is trying to read the tv screen on the back of those aviator glasses so he can give wise answers.

Or whatever happened to those piercing BLUE eyes? Now they are black...more technology to make him seem fairly bright again, hi-tech contacts with words streaming across for him to read. But they only come in black or brown.
