I am already underwhelmed...compared to what Branson did last week. Bezos' rocket, using so much energy, the little mercury like capsule at the top, I thought the mother ship and the jet like space craft that Branson did was utterly brilliant.

This feels NASA like, like an old technology even if its being used in a new way.

I know that the rocket is reusable, okay fine, but still this old fashioned way of taking off seems very yesterday to me.

And I don't like that there is no one flying this thing who knows something. I hope that they will be okay.

I agree, very rich guys doing this, they must feel it's safe. They have alot to lose.

So Blue Origin is only going 70 miles up...

Would I be able to see the smoke trail at 500 miles away...

How low off the horizon would it be...

Virgin Galatic costs $250,000. I imagine this will be a bit more, as they go higher and faster. Say $350k
