This category of monster humans is the group that need to be thrown in prison and sorted later with truth serums. And all taken from them and given back to the people, co-op style, with shares even if its found out via investigations and truth serum they aren't pedogate monsters and have lesser corruptions on each soul. The ones found guilty of genocide and torture abuse of children, should be executed on the spot.
