Dantés, there's no way he's @ his 20% stop loss. There was a time frame after his last sell order before things went South. And, it was basically Quantitative easing in January 2022 that withdrew all that was pumped.
I'm hedging he feels there will be mainland US strike.

Even so, won't BTC revert back to protecting people fleeing and using crypto to move assets?

I have no idea pool ...none at all...I follow Moon Family Sedan as my guru and will hold no matter what until the case settles and then 3 weeks later I will look to see what the price is and make decisions there...2.70 sell nothing keep working ...27.00 sell some and keep working ...270.00 sell most and stop working

PROPOSED TERMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
XRP TOKENS FROM PARTICIPATING TOKENHOLDERS

For each XRP token transferred into the Liquidating Trust by a Participating Tokenholder prior to the Effective Time, such Participating Tokenholder will receive the right to receive the following consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Liquidating Trust (collectively, the “Consideration”):

(i) fully-collateralized (i.e., asset backed) electronic special drawing right(s) (“e-SDR”) equal in value to the 2030 XRPV-10 (as defined below) as of the Closing (the “Cash Consideration”);
(ii) a tokenized right to receive all pending and future airdrops that would otherwise have been receivable by
such Participating Tokenholder but for the consummation of the Proposed Transaction (the “Residual Airdrop Right”), which Residual Airdrop Right shall be tokenized on the XRPL and freely transferable by any lawful holder thereof;
(iii) a right to demand the discharge (or repayment by the USA Corporation) of any and all indebtedness of the Participating Tokenholder, their spouse and any controlled affiliate, including, without limitation, all credit card debt, mortgage debt, business debt, federal or state tax-related debt, student loan debt and any and all other indebtedness for borrowed money from any person, governmental entity or commercial banking institution (the “Debt Forgiveness Right”); and
(iv) a tokenized right to legally claim exemption from any and all federally imposed income taxes, regardless of whether such taxes are currently owed by a Tax Exemption Rightholder (as defined below) at the Closing or incurred thereafter (each a “US Federal Tax Holiday Right”), which US Federal Tax Holiday Right will be applicable to each Participating Tokenholder, their spouse and all biological descendants (each, a “Tax Exemption Rightholder”) in perpetuity, irrespective of whether the legal doctrine of the Rule Against Perpetuities would be applicable to such US Federal Tax Holiday Right.

So what is your guys opinion on when the price will spike upward, long time lurker on this thread and starting to wonder if I’m wasting countless hours on hopium constantly reading the latest XRP news. Just tired and downtrodden with life right now I guess. Maybe I’m just feeling like shit and being negative…. What’s the consensus you guys? I saw that guy by the name of Mr. Cheese on this and another few threads was saying and was adamant about the fact that he thinks it’s all downhill up until around 2030, saying it will be akin to something like death by a thousand cuts until the spike upward when most will be so tired of losing they’ll most likely give up and sell. Think he’s anticipating XRP to go down to sub .10 cents again in the next few years. Trying to stay positive, like is just kicking my ass at the moment I guess. Cheers to the regulars in here and the rest as well.

One last thing, if one were able to secure a loan, a good chunk of cash for this investment, would you guys recommend throwing it into this thing now or waiting closer to 2030-ish, in case it dips again to very low levels like I mentioned. Strapped for cash, so need to be careful, but I believe in this thing so…. What day you all? Thanks!

the dream keeps me going...i dont know what i will do with myself after the moon if its big enough to retire...ive been working 50-60 hour weeks so long its all i know....im an institutional man now like Brooks was in the shawshank redemption....even my days off are boring as f. but the dreams are nice in them everything is ok..in reality it may not be so ok... i knew a person who won the lottery...18 months later she came back to work because she was bored with being rich.

Oh, thanks for clarifying. So you think a spike will happen shorter term? I was thinking the other day maybe it will be a death by a thousand cuts and they’ll suck all the hope out of long term holders first, bleed them all out. Then maybe after potentially 2030ish onward they’ll flip the switch and it will blow up in value.
