Is GRT a data oracle?

Is LINK?

LINK was very good to me, no regrets. I would wish that for others, if it could be.

Yes, FIL too.

Hi VT! I did something I don’t normally do! I picked up some Reaper coin on your recommendation with DMOR. Lol.

I searched the thread for reaper but there were a lot of replies so I hope you don’t mind me asking.

I saw you post that you were holding in Xumm and was wondering if you had a setup guide? I moved them to dcent but I recall you saying you get xrp rewards just for holding in Xumm. Do you know if the same applies to dcent?

I’m going to look for the white paper, now.

You don't know how happy your post is making me right now.

Give me a minute to regroup here.

Reaper is a seething cauldron of news and events since yesterday with the new web site launch, new whitepaper version 3.0, new campaigns, new debt reaping feature coming online soon.

I've been absorbing it since they hit us with a bunch of new documents to study.

THANK YOU for your vote of confidence, give me a minute, it will be good practice for me to come up with something concise.

-------------------------------

I'm just making breakfast here. You are providing me with absolutely perfect timing and motivation to clarify and condense my messaging about Reaper.

You are getting in at an opportune moment, in my opinion only, not financial advice.

The company is on fire with new programs, features, branding, messaging and implementation of the next steps in their visionary roadmap.

I got asked to help, and I wasn't sure what my involvement was supposed to be or how far I was willing to take it, but even as we speak things are clarifying, yesterday was kind of a shakeup with all the news and today it's being distilled into something less overwhelming.

You are really helping me right now! I will work on something that will help you, and by doing so that will help me, a lot.

I'm kind of shifting gears altogether, let me get set up for this and get some BRAIN FOOD in me, I'm going to need it :)

I'm settling down to this now. Your timing is so perfect.

I'm going to see if you can connect D'Cent wallet to the voting page - I think it has to be XUMM but I'm going to double check.

He's talking about the current voting for the Reaping of other tokens, but soon you will be able to register your debts and vote for your proportion of the reaping funds to pay down your debts.

I'm appreciating you more than you're appreciating me right now.

So for starters I just checked to see if it was possible to connect D'Cent wallet to the voting page - but you can't, it has to be in XUMM.

This is the voting page for this Reaping - this is the page from the old web site - it is still live and working.

[link to www.thereaper.io (secure)]

When you get your XUMM wallet set up and set a trustline for RPR in XUMM (you have to fund the trustline with 2 XRP, and activate XUMM with 10 XRP) then send your RPR to XUMM and then you can connect the wallet at the bottom of the voting list with the QR code and your vote will count proportionally to what you want to reap (buy & destroy) based on the amount of Reaper you hold.

I'll write this out better, I started making a reference page or "cheat sheat" with some basics. Will post here when I'm done.

The new web site also has a working web page for voting, I haven't looked at it yet. The new one requires you to give information and register to be able to vote - because of the debt reaping feature coming up shortly.

No one is talking much about Hotbit halting trading & withdrawals? I actually have some XEP on there, tried to set up the native XEP wallet several times but was never able to send Electra Protocol off Hotbit to the wallets, only got error messages. Was going to swap it to XLM or something and send it off - can't for now!

Quincy Jones on another platform was talking about XUMM being as secure as the XRP Ledger, he says XUMM IS the XRP Ledger.

JT also recorded an audio version of the Reaper whitepaper V3.0

This is the new Reaper.Financial web site

The link to the White Paper 3.0 is right there

Brand new yesterday

And they already included the Audio version that JT recorded as well, on White Paper page.

I want you to ask me questions!

I am geeking out here, I went and printed off the new Whitepaper 3.0 and some other Reaper documents and I'm putting them in clear protective sleeves :)

I love office supplies.

But seriously please ask.

And for everyone - yeah this is an XRP thread.

Reaper pays a DRIP payment, passive income, in XRP, just for holding RPR in XUMM wallet (I think you can get the DRIP in D'Cent? not sure)

So if you want to earn free XRP just for holding RPR under your own keys with no risk and no staking restrictions, plus the soon to be implemented feature of the reaping funds generated by Reaper being applied to your own debts,
then you might look into it.

Not financial advice!!!!!!!

And yeah it's the most exciting project on the XRPL, with the most dynamic professional team.

But I'm not selling anybody anything. I'm just a cheerleader and I want to help.

I'm better at the nuts and bolts of physically holding stuff and sending it around than I am with these lofty goals and aims of the project, it has a lot of moving parts that I don't think I can explain, the whitepaper is something I'm going to have to study up on.

Anyway thanks everyone for keeping this great thread going XOXXOXOXXOXOXXXOOOXXOXOXOOXXOOXOOXOOXX

Hi Vision! I had a chance to quickly read the 2.0 white paper and will get to the 3.0 soon. Honestly, I’m going to need multiples of exposure to the information before I really understand it but in principle, it look great!

I know this is an xrp thread so I hope we aren’t derailing.

Anyway the thereaper. io home page had a link to the Xumm trust line and I set up my wallet and moved my rpr to it. I was even able to install the voting app and vote before tomorrow’s deadline!

I’m not going to have much influence as a smaller stake holder but we all start somewhere….

Using XUMM, Lobstr, the Interstellar exchange and the XRP toolkit has really shown me how bright the future could be. The UI is so simple and easy, everything is super fast and just works. It’s everything you want in a money system. It’s sad how few people recognize it, even those in crypto.

I was in the XRP Toolkit last night for the first time - what a clean interface!

Someone has gifted me a very beautiful NFT, my first NFT, with meaningful symbolism, and I didn't really know how to go about receiving it, so I was looking all over in the DEX, the ledger, trying to see if it was waiting somewhere - but then I figured out to set the trustline for it in the Sologenic NFT Marketplace - anyway a cool gift and a cool learning experience, I think he has to resend it now that I have a trustline in XUMM, but I'm pretty excited to have this cool learning experience and some beautiful meaningful artwork to play with. There's an xApp, Peerkat, where you can see and work with your NFTs in XUMM xApps.

Anyway - all I mean to say is, I couldn't agree with you more, scams aside, Lobstr has been a great wallet for me and it was super easy, easiest thing ever, to set some limit sell orders for XLM/USDC in Lobstr.

Have also set limit sell orders for a little bit of XRP in XUMM and in SOLO wallet - they are very easy to see and easy to cancel. Hopefully there would be enough liquidity to fill them if we hit my targets.

It's so cool to be able to place buy and sell orders and still have your assets under your own keys and not on the exchanges.

Morning Wuher I feel the same way, I need repetition of the Reaper concepts, I get them at a gut, nonverbal level, but I'm not sure I'm any good at explaining the actual system - it has a lot of moving parts for sure! And they keep improving it and adding new features!

My opinion is, Reaper Financial pays a passive income DRIP payment in XRP, so, holding RPR earns you free XRP and you don't have to stake it, delegate it, it never leaves your wallet or your custody, it remains liquid and under your control at all times.

So - in a thread about XRP, a source of free XRP rewards, is on topic.

And when the debt reaping feature goes live - it will be on topic EVERYWHERE.

They are setting up a subsidiary right now to demonstrate how Reaper can be used to buy real estate and pay the mortgage - trust me I haven't fully grasped this highly original concept.

I need whiteboard talks for this for sure. on a BIG whiteboard that can accommodate the BIG concepts at play.

It's so cool that you figured all that out, setting up the XUMM wallet, setting the trustline, and moving your RPR to XUMM, then figuring out how to sign in and participate in the voting process.

CEO has stated that the current voting process where you vote to burn tokens from other projects, is kind of a dry run for the upcoming process where you will be able to vote to delegate the reaping funds to pay your own debts.

So those of us who are getting familiar with this process will have a head start when that goes live in 4th Quarter this year, one year ahead of schedule.

I know I had more to add but I need more coffee, don't know if it's morning where you are but good morning!

Oh yeah was going to say

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE but when the debt reaping feature goes live, things could get really "interesting",

Don't know what else you hold but at one point a few months back in the spring I said f*** it and flipped my Zilliqa ZIL holdings and part of my XDC and a big chunk of my XLM into Reaper, plus a bunch of odds and ends.

When I do stuff like that I picture someone standing in front of me with the ZIL in one hand and the RPR in the other asking, "Which one do you want? Can't have both."

Then I just pick, the one I'd rather have, and Reaper won.

And that was how I climbed the wallet ranks - not to any whale status, but "up there".

P.S. for those reading this, I'm not selling anybody anything, I'm describing my own experiences in crypto, and offering my OPINION - which anyone can take it or leave it, right?

No need to argue with me - I'm not arguing with anyone, at all.

This is just information that you might not hear elsewhere so - that's all it is, FWIW!
