Unfortunately the time for working within the current system, power structure, and constitutional framework well and truly passed on January 20th of this year.

The absolute only way for this to be fixed or remediated in any way within the law now would be all 50 states holding a constitutional convention, hammering out details of how to proceed, have people vote on it, and then FORCE a federal constitutional convention!

If your representatives certified the election on time and is going along with calling January 6 an insurrection rather than the cry for help and redress of legitimate grievances it was how likely do you think it is that they will take any of these steps?

Do you really think Nancy Pelosi McConnell the supreme court and the Biden administration would EVER allow a constitutional convention to be convened at this point?

I think you're spot on. There is no constitutional provision for this, because the founding fathers knew that if it ever got to this point, the constitution didn't matter anyway.

If fraud is proven but not corrected, we need to begin to demand sovereignty at lower levels of government - first at the state level, and failing that county, then finally city.

IF fraud is proven and fails to be corrected by the corrupted system, we need to declare the illegitimacy of the unelected federal government, and declare that we no longer recognize its authority.
