Unfortunately, it's been my experience many Doctors know exactly what they are doing but they are down it like Mengele's staff.
The Hippocratic Oath is hollow, many many medical these days could give a rats arse about patients, its about money and status.
The ones that do care, are pariahs, and blackballed.
