The only patient that cannot be treated is the professional (phd level) that lies to his clients. He took the blame and was fired.
The 'group' he led happened to have a staff where the male staff members were seducing some female clients. No need to explain that further at the moment, other than when I start something I tend to pay attention more than most people, no matter what the topic is.
