The first "hospital" was started in Turkey. They took in the people they knew would live and rejected the people they knew would die. They claimed that if they could build the "hospital" up through funding, the people that they had to turn away would have lived.
Nothing has changed.
That's exactly what they're doing now with the PPE and lack of beds.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
