I was with two other guys, we were fishing on a twenty footer boat outside a barrier reef. Around 7pm after the Sun had just set, we saw a glowing orangish-yellowish circular Orb slowly ascend from beneath the Sea in a 45 degree like slope coming up towards the surface.

After it broke the surface, we all said that maybe it was a ghost, however something inside my head was telling me that it could be an underwater craft of some sort surfacing and we should get out of the way or it would capsize our boat.

So I instructed the boat operator to quickly increase the speed so we can get out of the way if the submerged craft was large.

And as slowly as it ascended, it started to descend back down also at a sloping angle until we could not see the light of the Orb illuminating from beneath the sea.

I remember when it broke the surface, we could see the light reflecting off the wake and white spray it made. So it was a solid object of some sort but glowing in the shape of an Orb.
