Won’t be long, either they will or Iran will attack them to prevent that

Biblical prophecy shows reference to ancient city Elam, ironically there is a nuclear facility right where the prophecy foretells of a destruction that sounds similar to nuclear explosion.

Jeremiah 49:34,35 The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.
(36) And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.
(37,38) For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them: And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.
(39) But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

Inevitably, we will pay for it in blood and money.

Yes, I know.

Doesn't mean it won't happen.

Could be another twenty years from now.

Could be tomorrow.

Very well could be, if anyone is stupid enough to attack Israel first, it will be Iran.

Or Israel intelligence showing proof Iran has achieved nuclear status and they are ready to nuke it. Obviously Israel will give warning and the people in Iran will scatter. Kinda makes sense.

Either scenario will happen

Is that why the United States withdrew its troops from Afghanistan and a good part of Iraq and Syria?

If Iran is attacked it will possibly use hundreds of precision ballistic missiles to counter attack Israel - mad dog style. The current president of Iran is an extremist, unlike the "moderate" Rouhani.

It does not seem to be more than threats, like dozens of times before. However, in the world we are living in, it is possible that even worse things could happen at any moment.

That could very well be what we have been "repositioning" for -- vis-a-vis Iraq and Afghanistan.
