I’m not sure this has been said. I couldn’t only read the first few pages before my blood started to boil.

1st… it doesn’t matter what kind of an exemption you seek, you will be fired either way if you don’t take the vax… why? Think about it. Vaccinated and un vaccinated. You keep both and then what? The vaccinated sue the company for allowing unvaccinated to infect them and cause granny’s death; and the unvaccinated sue the company for not protecting them from the vax shedding. The only option is segregation. That’s a big expense to the company.

I’ve read about hundreds of incidents now where someone has asked for a religious or medical exemption and some get it, some don’t and then a few months later they are fired for unrelated issues. If you think about it, maybe that’s why GP’s medical examiner was really fired?

2nd… If that is the case, it wouldn’t be advisable to take a hard legal stand off the bat. Maybe asking for the exemption and having an alternative plan for self isolation of the job duties may help the employer see a different way to resolve the issue, and both are satisfied.

3rd… and the most important. This is cruel and unusual punishment. Anti-vaxxer have been treated very cruel by the government and condoned by many. This is an experimental vaccine and it puts people at risk for severe injury or death. It is permanent. It’s not like a hair cut or even a tattoo. There is no cure for the vaccine damage. Make no mistake, this is punishment and unusual and cruel at that.

I think a video should be made of the cruelty of it all and played for the employer. That will make them think about it.

This is all so sad what people are going through. I remember being told 3 out of four people in the spree of influence would be gone. I thought it meant death, but it could be something far worse. What an awesome weapon being used to turn husband against wife and friends into foes. The only way out of this is to think on your toes, keep a level head and ride out the storm.
