As was mentioned in trufserum's thread, it is doubtful that a Doctor would risk losing his medical license by signing an exemption for an allergy without first testing you and verifying that it is true. You can claim to be allergic but what Doctor would just take your word for it and just sign an exemption without testing you?

In fact, might be a good thing to get more people out of the work force. One of the perks of retiring at an early age was knowing gub'ment can't tax my labor anymore.
