They've been dumping all the run off into the ocean for years. If they didn't all the dams would fail. Was there when the Feds had to intervene over the Folsom dam, that thing is about to blow.

As long as there is extra water that's not a problem. But why do they dump water when there is a drought and no excess?

They can't.. there is defective construction in the abutment between the dam and the spillway... left side as you look from front and right side as you look from behind..

It cannot be fixed and its leaking a lot over towards the spillway.. across there... It will fail.

I read that water filters use graphene oxide, though.

Which we now know to avoid at all costs!

The O lake and Shasta were designed to provide water for 5 to 7 years during drought.

Full two years ago, now flushed to the Delta.

Hello Nor Cal posters. I am in Chico. I work in Paradise. Now we have Concow on fire in addition to no water. Many of the hydro plants are in Concow on the Feather River ..... Super nice to see local posters.

So now they're burning up the Indians along with the rest of us.
