I have injured my foot and just getting depressed as I am not able to do much of anything. It was wonderful to be able to do this workout I am going to do it a few times a day. The problem here is "I hate working out". You should fix that. Until you overcome your hate for working out you will not get anywhere. If working out is a chore you won't be consistent with it. You must learn to enjoy it. |
