I have injured my foot and just getting depressed as I am not able to do much of anything. It was wonderful to be able to do this workout I am going to do it a few times a day.

I encourage others to try it no matter age or size, it really is easy and you can feel it working.

My wife and I are taking turns playing beat saber right now. Much better than sitting playing games. Lots of other workout games on the oculus. It seems very similar to the workout video you posted.

The funniest thing I've seen on TV is the PELOTON ad

a $3000 exercise bike and the fools are on the floor beside the bike exercising

If I pay $3000 for an exercise bike ,it better exercise every part of my body

I just did the OP workout… had my heart rate up to 139! And actually made my bad shoulder feel better. Amazing how a simple workout can make you feel better. Thanks for sharing! I’ll try to do 3 times a day.

Not a bad routine to knock out in 4 or 5 minutes.
Ideally, combine it with 4-5 minutes of isometrics using a Bullworker, similar isometrics device or just the walls of your house.

The main problem is not the type of workout. Almost any type of workout will work.

The problem here is "I hate working out". You should fix that. Until you overcome your hate for working out you will not get anywhere.

If working out is a chore you won't be consistent with it. You must learn to enjoy it.
