Nekhbet, patron deity of Upper Egypt, was represented by as a griffon vulture, and
Wadjet, patron deity of Lower Egypt, was represented as an Egyptian cobra.
The scarab is the same symbol as well. Got a deja vu reading this link lol [ link to garyosborn.moonfruit.com] Look at figure 2b. Same, upper and lower egypt. I'm thinking telluric and teloatmospheric (telo for telomeres) for upper and lower. Thing is, with egypt upper is lower and lower is upper. For reference replay
