In the mid nineties, while attending the university, my roommate was an engineering post grad. We were pot dealers, our neighbors happy dogs yapped at our clientele every single time upon arrival.
My solution was to make a sonic weapon to drive the dogs away. Me and the engineer drew up some skematics, and proceeded to order parts.
We ordered an amplifier and several speakers that project outside the human hearing hertz range.
Then I got on my sound lab software , after analyzing the most horrendous sounds I could, and compiled them, I constructed a noise Infelt would force the dogs to retreat.
We then mounted the speakers in trees facing the happiest.
Every time we got a call a client was coming over, we then turned it on and whammies, worked like a charm.
The neighbors could never figure out why the dogs would run inside in fear and refuse to come out .lmao
So what I would do is get all my friends to bring cars over at 3 am , and start setting the beeps off, if it bothers you that much.

Of course you could just make a recording and foregoing the actual vehicles.

You know those little short car horn honks that you hear all over the city all day long? When people remote-locking or remote-starting their vehicles? How do you feel about the noise pollution it creates?

Please comment in a reply if you feel laws should be created about banning the feature of car horn chirps for repeated and common remote features in a car, because of its public noise pollution nuisance.
