You guys making more of this than it is are ASSHOLES and do not help the investigative community.
The building had huge amounts of saltwater periodically in the garage under the building. That destroys steel reinforced concrete after time. This was a disaster that was decades in the making.
As for the quick demolition? They did no environmental prep or salvage, they only needed to wire columns on one or two floors. All the BS work was eliminated because it was an emergency order.
I live down here and have seen the problems involved with these buildings on the coast. You will see quite a few more abandoned in the near future.

I don't know if "Colonel" House had children. He did a fine job of directing things, and was instrumental in bringing on our entry into WWI the graduated income tax the Federal Reserve. just curious if you know of him. as to your feelings that people are at increased risk by our words, that is ridiculous.
