Under the arc formed by the stars Alkaid, Mizar and Alioth. I counted at least 6 white ones and the seventh was red. At this point I was distracted, but I think there were two more. About 6 flashes, all the ones I saw were white and over a period of about 20-30 seconds so quite slow. No way it was a plane. The area was near the big dipper, from my point of view it was below and to the left of the spoon portion. |
