User ID: 80320766 United States 07/01/2021 05:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | paper regarding the binding of S1 Spike to acetylcholine receptors. Quoting: NadaConnorJr - The majority of adverse reactions to the V are neurological - and it is becoming extremely obvious that this is the main route of attack of the V upon the nervous system i.e via the nACh receptors. - This paper provides some fascinating observations regarding the effect of nicotine. - It also identifies the exact sequence of aminoacids within the Spike that are responsible for the binding to nACh receptors. - This is the sequence - YQTQTNSPRRAR - This sequence is very similar to sequences from snake neuro-toxins and from Rabies sequences that also operate by binding strongly to acetylcholine receptors, and consequently are also highly neuro-toxic. In the comments below I have included these sequences for comparison. - It seem that the part of the S1 Spike that has affinity for the acetylcholine (nACh) receptors is the Furin Cleavage site PRRA, the very site which is missing from all other "C 0r-0n@-v1r-u$e$" - hence most likely to have been added by gain-of-function engineering. - Based on these observations, it would seem that nicotine, by binding to acetylcholine receptors in preference to the Spike, will greatly reduce the incidence of neurological pathologies following the V. - Interestingly, "Ivor Makes Tin", which has been recently shown to inhibit the replication of SARS-CoV-2 in cells in vitro [53], is a positive allosteric modulator of nAChR . - R. M. Krause; B. Buisson; S. Bertrand; P. J. Corringer; J. L. Galzi; J. P. Changeux; D. Bertrand Ivor make tin: a positive allosteric effector of the alpha7 neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, MolPharmacol, Volume 53 (1998), pp. 283-294 - [link to comptes-rendus.academie-sciences.fr (secure)] It's also a fantastic fungal fighter . few drugs can kill some kinds of fungal infections in the respiratory tract . If so, nicotine doesn’t get absorbed into the body through skin contact. if you put straight liquid nicotine drops in someones drink it can be deadly. And BS... if nicotine doesn't absorb through the skin then how do nicotine patches work? Last Edited by NadaConnorJr on 07/01/2021 06:28 PM |

I might just invest in some nicotine patches. Although I think directly inhaling nicotine is what helps the most since the airways are typically where the virus gains entrance into the body |

Quoting: Arlie27 I don't think I would do this if I weren't already a smoker. Nicotine is powerful and will make you dizzy as shit and sick to your stomach if you aren't used to it. I'm not advising anyone do this BUT my pharmaceutical scientist friend said a girl he knows who got the vax and started having uncontrollable tremors tried nicotine patches and the tremors went away so.... |

It is a smoke free cigarette because it does not burn. It heats it. I’ve switched to it last year and will never touch a cigarette again! I did this off and on over a few years. I have never smoked and don't drink and always took vitamins and ate well since I was young and Im lean. Only issue is I'm a Sugar Slut.. I love bakery goodies, they're my drug; but I try to keep it in check too. One if the reasons I tried Nicotine was to try brain cognitive enhancement since cotinine is a biproduct from Nicotine You have any questions please ask. |

Quoting: Arlie27 I don't think I would do this if I weren't already a smoker. Nicotine is powerful and will make you dizzy as shit and sick to your stomach if you aren't used to it. It can possibly work if you use a low dose patch and carefully limit how long you wear it. It seems that the patches don't generally lead to addiction since there's no MAOI in them. The sudden hit of smoking along with the MAOI in tobacco and then sudden withdrawal at the end of a cigarette is what triggers addiction in susceptible people. |

So is the crap in marijuana smoke. Smoke from any burning plant matter is unhealthy. The main negatives of nicotine itself are: 1) It's extremely addictive. 2) It raises blood pressure 2) It screws with your heartbeat So if you have blood pressure or heart issues you might want to consider something else. I will continue smoking because I can't exit this clown world soon enough. |

I'm sure some fraction of the nicotine molecules will be absorbed, but I have no idea what percentage. |
