Getting it from the vax and getting it out in the wild are two different things.

He is saying that the people who got the vax will be at risk of having deadly cytokine storms when they encounter the corona virus in the wild during the next cold and flu season.

he basically says that the people who took the jab, will end up dying in 1 or 2 years; those who didn't, will not die, even if they live with these people; the deaths numbers will be so great, that unvaxxed people will be asked to help with the mass burials of the vaxxed, so best to get a hazmat suit---not because you'll be infected with the spike proteins, but because we don't know the health history of those will will die, so best to be protected.
