Anonymous Coward User ID: 35999957 United States 06/25/2021 08:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We are in a massive housing bubble. An everything bubble really. The government has every reason to keep the bubble going until it can't. At that point we'll have a war or aliens will attack or all the raciss white folks will try to overthrow the gubmint or there'll be some kind of pandemic. At any rate I say 12-18 months |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 76983324 United States 06/25/2021 08:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I believe it will lower in the next 12 months. People are in a current feeding frenzy. The news is saying house values are going to skyrocket, get it now!! Real estate agents tell their clients to bid 20-40% over asking, decline the inspections. I know 4 normal couples who have stopped looking for a home meanwhile Wall Street is buying any house they can. I think the crash will be spectacular and we will see that once again bad real estate loan we’re written Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70459010 I’m inclined to agree with your assessment. |

When the vaxxed become injured from the jab they are going to need to sell up to pay for their medical expenses. Those who have been in their homes for a while will be fine so long as they don't try to sell now and buy something else. If you got a home, hold fast. Do not sell! |

This isn't a good time to sell if you've got a good home and are in a good location. Hang on and let it sort out. |

If that leverage fails so does the Dollar. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 54469829 United States 06/25/2021 09:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't believe it will crash. Even though people like Michael Burry say it's going to and everything will hyperinflate, I don't believe the crooked Biden administration will allow this to happen under any circumstances. They are being run by the Obama team and their mantra was extend and pretend. That picture of the Bidens next to the Carters sealed the deal for me. The Bidens looked about 3x the size of the Carters. We'll have it 3x worse than the Carter years, inflation and all. I believe Kyle Bass when he said regular people need to load up on real estate as that's the only thing that will keep going up. In 2010 I bought a foreclosed property for $100K. Today Zillow says it's worth $300K. You do the math. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80528463 The ripple effect is in play. People are selling out at record prices to people who are moving in from California or other very expensive areas who are paying cash. Then the people who sell here or at least a lot of them are moving to cheaper places in the mid-west and driving their market us at a relative rate. Then paying cash there, that is what we're doing. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80530539 United Kingdom 06/25/2021 10:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | lets suppose the ADE/cykotine storm is coming in the fall, we can expect a decimation of the population, that's -10% aka 10% empty homes or just insufficient mortgage payers along with hyperinflation and hence hyper-interest rates on mortgages, what can we expect the effect on house prices to be? Anonymous Coward User ID: 77411129 Canada 06/25/2021 10:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In the short term we will see at most a 2 to 3% correction but Interest rates will start climbing. When they hit 7% the market will start to correct as people default on loans but then interest rates will continue to spike 10% 11% 15% 20% and housing prices will crash. When I say crash I mean Detroit prices crash and we will see blackrock and vanguard scoop them all up. It will be a blood bath. By the time the markets calm and by next year only those without a mortgage will still own a home and everyone else will rent. You will own nothing. Be happy. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 78551315 United States 06/25/2021 10:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Keep increasing i bet. Everyone will expect a crash but that crash will never happen. Real estate to the moon! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78531648 People can't afford the moon. People are stretched thin as it is right now, with many people using 60%-70% of their income for their house payment. Interest rates should begin to rise slowly over the next year, which in turn lowers real estate prices. I don't know if the crash in real estate will be in 6 months, 12 months, or 2 years...but it's WAY overdue. |

Things are changing, we are in the Great Reset. Nothing is going to go according to how it has worked in the past. Not Elections, Economy, not the concept of personal ownership, not life. I hear people talking about Republicans taking back the government through voting. Give me a break, they wont ever allow that to happen, they are moving to do away with the Republic altogether, and usher in their communist 'utopia'. If you plebs expect to own your own house much longer, think again. Sic Semper Tyrannis. "FREEDOM IS SLAVERY. IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH. WAR IS PEACE. STAYING APART BRINGS US TOGETHER." NWO Mantra |

Real estate to the moon! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78531648 That is what I smell, also. The new season of COVID lockdown (DELTA VARIANT) will create an even more intense value for real estate, BUT will not last forever.....But I bet it goes for at least a year.... Don't let my opinion sway your vote in this poll. :GRATEPOST: What if this is their plan, to make housing so unreachable, that no one hardly will own a home from now on. If they keep people out of work long enough, you'll lose your home, then it will become worth more, to the point you couldn't buy it back if you had a great job. What if young people are being priced out of owning a home, and that's the plan. The older ones will die off, those homes too will be scooped up. I believe in science NOT religion. Giving me bad karma for that, is anti-religious (you're passing judgement) I am just a man. Of no significance. Who found religion to be full of lies, and wrong doing, conflicted teachings I understand microwave communications. I do not stand for the NWO, it sucks. |
