Building seven was twenty years ago and associated with the other WTC buildings. This is a random building in Miami. What, they were driving by and say "this looks like a good building to take down"?

We don't know who may have lived in or frequently visited the building. They'll drop planes to get rid of certain individuals. Why not drop an apt building on random occasion?

Someone cheaped out as and hired labor for 8 bucks an hour when constructing the newer buildings which compromised the older building. South Florida is also notorious for a utter lack of building maintenance and un addressed leaks.

So far, while I don't believe for a second this was an "accident", I don't see anything other than some kind of fancy insurance fraud.
