Yes, in the first few frames, the 8-9th floor lights up in the middle. Like a single apt, and if you slow it down, that's where the collapse started. You can see the rooms above it cave down and then it all starts to go with the section on the right being the last to fall.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out they were doing a major remodel on that apt. This is the time of the year when those big construction remodels happen. A plumber left the gas line open or something stupid...

It is the OFF season in Florida. The building was lightly inhabited and most units were getting remodeled. If it were the winter or over the weekend, the toll would be much higher.
This is probably the result of some construction on the higher floors, explains why it happened during the week. Someone left the gas on yesterday and the workers showed up in the am and accidentally triggered the explosion.
