Yes. Like I can't fully expand my lungs to 100%. It comes and goes but never seems to go away for good. Can feel it most when I exercise/mow the lawn/etc. Have a slight cough as well. Never got the rona (that I know of)...never been vaxed. |

In no uncertain terms, YES. I’ve had a few reasonably serious episodes over the last 6 months. Began having trouble again last evening, and it’s still a thing this morning. It’s unsettling, particularly since it’s clearly not asthmatic. Inhaler has no effect. |

I can only describe it as a labored breathing. It’s as if my lungs aren’t cooperating with my diaphragm to expand and contract properly. Chest feels ‘sore.’ Following a lifetime of respiratory challenges (allergies, bronchitis, pneumonia), this does NOT feel like any asthmatic symptoms I’ve ever experienced. 53, non-smoker, occasional drinker, reasonably fit, and unvaccinated. And I have no intention of vaccinating either. The few flu shots I’ve received over the years made me VERY sick immediately afterwards. |

Is anyone else experiencing mild breathing problems, very long term/chronic? Like since last year.. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79350316 It feels as though I’ve been smoking a lot (like I used to), but I haven’t smoked cigarettes in a long time. I feel it when I exercise especially, like something is up with my lungs. Sometimes I will feel something like a throat infection in my lower throat. It comes and goes but it stays around. I had it since last year like May. Anybody else experiencing this? You have an STD |

What I’ve found is putting some mentholated/camphor ointment under my nose helps me breathe better when I experience it. |
