How can you say that with a straight face when Caucasians commit 67% of Burglaries, 69% of larcenies (theft), 73% of Arson (fires. Do you know how many people die from that a year?) 59% of violent crime, 70% of Vandalism, 67% of rape, 63% of aggravated assaults, and 72% of non-rape sex offenses?

You can't put those words on somebody else when they never said that or anything close to it. Besides, there's no need. They're killing each other and their future generations by the millions every month.

Yes, but note that difference is not because blacks are morally superior. After all, blacks have committed multiple genocides in Africa, and there are more slaves in Africa today than there ever were in the United States.

The reason why blacks did not do the kind of things that white and Asian populations have done is simply because blacks lacked the capacity to do so. Even old technology is beyond black replication, let alone engineering a bioweapon.
