Sink holes are throughout the world & cracks too. The earth crust is moving from what I’ve seen. It doesn’t appear to be DEW? Without an earthquake, there are few other options, but all other buildings are fine. Sink hole?

Well, actually they do if there are construction issues. Usually an unfortunate combination of events rather than one thing that cause it.

Look up Ronan Point. Partial building collapse in the UK many years ago. Gas explosion combined with poor design and dodgy construction. So, too, a combination of things to cause the collapse.

Interesting people pointing out it looks like the OK bombing aftermath. Not saying it was a bomb, more likely a gas explosion if an explosion was involved at all. Would expect witness reports of hearing an explosion immediately before collapse.

But yes… expect it’ll turn out to be a chain of fuck ups going back years to have caused it.

I thought about DEWS, but it usually turns buildings into power rubble if looking at California DEW Fires? There seems to be large chunks of rubble here. I could be wrong of course.

First thought is that it's probably a gas line explosion. There are entire blocks of other cities that have collapsed due to gas leak/gas explosion. OR something more nefarious is afoot. Looking @ Gooogle map, there are like 2 or 3 "Trump Towers" nearby, like a mile up Collins Ave. My Uncle used to live on Ocean Drive in Hallandale, also nearby. We would pass that building often, I am very familiar with the area.

Looking at the map, "Haulover Beach," the next beach north, is a nude beach!

Very sad for all the victims. Our prayers are needed for them.

Horrible to think if this may be a sinkhole and other parts of the area or even ALL of Florida may be threatened with other collapses. Some sinkholes open for miles!
