Possibility...sinkholes are rare in SE Fla...more in the north and west...

You don't use them to build a bridge because it would be obvious that the bridge never gets built, but for inspecting, you can hide gross incompetence easily (unless the structure collapses soon afterwards).

Sinkhole on the beach? Sinkholes usually happen in the middle of Florida. If it was a sinkhole why only half the building. Nope, sinkhole makes zero sense however I’m sure they will blame it on it.
