Pilots are flying multiple flights in one day. Passengers for the most part are only flying on one trip a day in most cases. So the time pilots are spending in the air, is much greater than passengers.

When you get to your final destination and if you cannot walk around a lot as to get the circulation flowing into your legs, elevate your legs (with several pillows) starting under your knees when you go to bed. The idea is to get the blood flowing into your upper extremities including your heart.

Yet big business and governments want to force everyone to take it regardless of adverse reactions or fear of adverse reactions if they want to keep their job or travel over seas effectively making those who can't or won't take it second class citizens.
