As of 2010, 33% of black men had a felony conviction on their record. Reckon that number has gotten better in the ensuing 11 years? [link to www.sentencingproject.org (secure)] The number for the population at large was 13% for all adult men, and with the black number being so high, that would indicate that the non-black number is in the 9-10% range.
