Workplace discrimination, forcing masks on employees?

I have this question? Some are saying they have been forced to wear masks at work if they are not vaccinated.

I notice the entrance to many places says they urge discretion and people are advise not wear masks. Not forced?


Can they employees sue for being forced to wear masks? Think about it? This is discrimination, and has never been done before for medical situations of similar proportion.


Who will file the first suit?
