Whole Foods plants based, vegan diet will fix that over time . @highcarbhealth on Instagram has great links to different doctors supporting my statement.. plenty of evidence to show what I’m saying is the way . You’ll find a bunch of low IQ doofuses chiming in after me saying this and that about veganism, but what I said is the truth .

Vegan diet?......tissue

Thank you for your advise....hf

Don't listen to that pretender !
Colitis is primarily caused by either the Cytomegalovirus or the Epstein-Barr virus. They are both part of the herpes family of viruses. Cytomegalovirus is known as Human Herpes Virus - 4 and Epstein-Barr is known is known as Human Herpes Virus - 5.

There is a herbal extract to destroy the virus known as Larreastat or Larreastatin. If you do NOT take the plant extract but the herb, you will die as the herb contains a toxin. The extraction removes the poison.
Larreastat aka Larreastatin is safe.

After you have done that you can listen to this pretender above, as he does have a point relating to healthy food.
But going vegan requires great knowledge otherwise you run into trouble in my opinion.

But it is not necessary there are other ways. But know this:
Without destroying the source of the infection your bowels CANNOT heal. Tissue CANNOT heal when its infected.
Antibiotics will just destroy your gut bacteria and make you get Crohn's disease, which is caused by dominance of Clostridium Difficile bacteria, which are immune to many antibiotics but the others are not. Result -> Big imbalance.

It may be that you have a Clostridium Difficile infection and not a viral infection, but this is NEVER fixed with antibiotics, but worsened ! In fact Clostridium Difficile infection is primarily caused by the application of antibiotics !

If you do have a Clostridium Difficile infection you should go to a homeopath and get a homeopathic Cadmium remedy.
Maybe other remedies as well.

And don't listen to these pretenders, who DO KNOW stuff, but not the root.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this pain and fear.My sister had it many years and I know it can be painful. She is doing well today many years later, but required surgery, as hers was very advanced.

When my Dad had Stage 4 Kidney cancer I found it very helpful to get on a a Kidney Cancer forum for support and treatment advice, so I found this one for you on Colitis:

Brat diet this stands for banana rice applesauce toast I've had it many times and was actually admitted to the hospital it was hell. You should also know you should take the Flagyl about an hour or two before or after the Cypro. I hate Flagyl as it made me feel like my skin was crawling off my body.

Best of luck it only took a day or two to have major releif I will pray for you to have swift healing as well.

Re: Colitis: If you've dealt with it, please come in and advise me
COlitis is inflammation of the colon. You have to figure out why your colon is inflamed. Why are you having all these . intussusceptions?

I had colitis when I was young, my first suggestion is to eat NOTHING. Only liquids...water, pedialyte, juice (like apple or pear or peach nectar, not too acidic). Until it all calms down. you have to stay hydrated; diarrhea can kill you.

Once you find out why this is happening, I am a big believer in the gut biome and kefir is a way to reintroduce good bacteria into your gut.

Being on serious antibiotics like cipro is going to do a number on your gut biome, and you will need to start all over again...you have pooped out all your good bacteria, and now these antibiotics will take out anything else.

You ARE your gut biome...mess that up and you will be messed up.

Be careful walking, and standing up (I fainted when I had colitis I was so dehyrdrated and still have the scars).

I hope you feel better soon! Get to the bottom of the colitits and the obstructions and intussusceptions...that is the key. Don't let them treat the symptoms, treat the CAUSE of your illness. Good luck.

I just got back from the ER after finding out my pain and vomiting and passing blood are from colotis.

I was given antibiotics, Flagyl and Cipro. I'm hoping they work fast....because I'm still in pain, not as bad, occasionally trying to vomit up my liver, and still passing blood, just a small amount...but I am very relieved to be at home. I hate having to go to the hospital....but I am scared.

The advise I'm looking for is just how you managed to get through this unholy hell, I'm not looking for medical advise. It's not as bad as having a bowel obstruction, but nothing is worse than that, not even a massive heart attack.

Is there anything I can do to have myself feel better?

I know probably not, but I'm asking. I haven't eaten anything for 24 hours, and I can't eat now. I'm hoping the antibiotics don't upset my stomach....I mean, I was still vomiting despite the IV Zophran in the ER.

I'm sipping on a little bit of water, but I do have aloe vera juice, and I know that will be as another healing agent. I'll get started on that after I'm sure I can hold little sips of water down, to larger sips.

Thank you for any advise you can give me. I am very scared what the colonoscopy will show, so please try to be gentle ACs. I don't want to have to block youse guyses again.

This has helped me and people I know not to be taken as medical advice just relating what has worked for some:

No gluten or wheat products ever can help a lot. The protein gluten can cause inflammation and immune response in the intestines even if testing negative for celiac.

Certain probiotics can help as well and rebuild the gut flora and lower inflammation.

Very Important!!

STOP EATING ANY CANNOLA OIL, VEGITABLE OIL , JUST OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER.

Take Activated charcoal 500mg daily. (capsules)

White sugar and white flower are a trigger for inflammation.

Slow your mind and live in a peaceful and thoughtful frame of mind.

Take 250mg Turmeric with meals.

Eat on a set regular time table , to allow your body to anticipate the meal.

Pay attention to what aggravates your symptoms, and avoid those food items or emotional stresses.

Most important... Be thankful and patient.

Wishing you well

Go see a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner for herbs and find a healer who serves Kambo.

Stay away from Milk, bread and other inflammatory foods.
Drink lots of bone broth (grassfed)

Try to follow a heavily restricted Leaky Gut diet. There are a lot of websites out there with Leaky Gut protocols.

Bone broth will be your saving grace. Mix some collagen into it. Again, all grassfed.

L-Glutamine Protocol to repair intestinal walls.

I'm dealing with an ulcer and some other things right now and actually I'm supposed to eat low residue diet, which is not a lot of fibrous things. I heard that's also the case for Crohns, so maybe also for colitis IDK.

My sister has ulcerative colitis and diverticulous. She had it really bad a couple of times and in the hospital and then pretty much has been fine for years. Every case is different. My sister doesn't eat sugar, but drinks beer, LOL, maybe that's her secret. She eats fairly well also.

This happen to me last year. Doctors told me I had Colitis. Found out it came from my Keurig coffee pot. Took me 4 months to get over. Lost a lot of weight. Shortly after I got COVID. That was nothing compared to the infection from the the keurig. Hopefully you will get better soon. God bless you.
PS. I don’t use my Keurig anymore!!!!

My sister has Colitis and our family has a lot of Bowel issues.

This is what I have learnt (from my own experience) and from what I have observed with my sister.

Cut out wheat and lactose first of all. If they told you that you are Coeliac then cut out anything with gluten in it. It will be rough at first but you will start to feel better.

The Medical Profession will help your to "manage it" with various high powered drugs but if you want to heal it look into...

* Fecal Transplant - my friend was the doner for her husband who had severe colitis. It has been a major success for him and he is in remission.

* Go to a Homeopath and get them to do an allergy test. Whatever they tell you to eliminate do it! I did this and it put my bowel issues into remission.

*Look into Chinese Medicine. I did this along side the Homeopathic stuff. They know a lot about gut health. In my case I had some digestive pills to take before meals but also had some electronic acupuncture. It all helped immensely.

* Look into your family history and see who else has gut problems.

* Start eating very clean. Like others have said - whole foods, veges, fruit and lots of water. Keep a watch on what causes an outbreak.

* Lastly and most important. Keep stress to a minimum. If you need to look into Meditation and Relaxation practise so you are not on edge.

I fell asleep. I'm so tired from being up all night. The antibiotics didn't tear up my stomach, so that's good. I'm going to take them with food in the future, though.

I'll take these antibiotics. I'm supposed to see my PCP doc in a day or two, but I already have a referral to a GI specialist, so I'm not going to do that. I don't currently have a vehicle, so it's difficult.

Uhg, I just feel like crap, unholy crap. I hope these antibiotics kick in quickly.

I just can't imagine going through this for long, though, like some of you have said you have. Ten BOs, a heart attack, in three years, I'm just about finished. I'm really about ready to put my gun against my head. I'm not going to yet, but I'm really getting tired of all this malarkey. All of those are so painful....gaah gawd, I'm glad I'm not still on the blood thinners. This could've been very bad, what with the bleeding going on.

Thank you everyone for your posts. I will be going through them after I'm not so tired and start feeling better. All I want right now is just to feel better.

My heart to yours....hugs

If it were me:

Step 1 - Rule out intestinal parasites by treating with Ivermectin. (might also include taking a dropperfull of black walnut extract twice daily in a glass of water. Also put 2 drops of Lugol's iodine in one of those daily glasses of water.

You probably won't need step 2.

Buy a whole chicken and stew it for 3 hours, drink the broth and eat some meat.
Should help your gut heal quickly.

Stay off wheat for a few days. After you are fixed up, you can try reintroducing wheat to your diet. But you could possibly be some degree of Celiac.

Stay off sugar and chocolate.

I am not a doctor. Just the guy with the answer. :)
