Whatever is left of "freer" cities will get the domestic terrorist sent there as well.

Everything is an accountants trick, a ledger full of numbers and nothing more. Numbers on a spreadsheet - aka paper. Legal accounting and adjusting of numbers. Simply knowing how to do this, to make the numbers work, can land you anywhere you would like in life, even with a mediocre income.

Walked into a significant home of value free of cost initially. In time, working the numbers, my credit, and the programs available, it put free money into my pocket, while lowering rate and monthly payment each and every time.

That is not an exaggeration or hyperbole. It was worth about $100,000 in 2000 and around $130,000 five years ago. And now if it went on the market, it would sell for $200,000 even though it's in a trash city in the drought stricken Central Valley and is literally on the edge of a swelling ghetto.

Market forces don't cause that kind of price movement, especially when most of the people moving in California are moving out of the state altogether, and not just to more suburban areas or smaller towns. It's wild. Who the hell is buying all these houses?

Fucking investment companies. There needs to be a law. And when they do this, they drive the rental price up to twice that of a mortgage. That makes it even more impossible for liberals to remain.

The conservatives are less affected by this because a lot of them are already home owners. And that math works out just fine because they don't want the conservatives to leave. They want them to stay right where they are at, where their votes are diluted by the major cities in the states. You could probably map the exodus just by charting which states' city populations aren't liberal enough yet to flip the state blue.

That's a little vague, but I'll take your word for it. The lawyer in me though, that lawyer is both aware of such opportunities, and skeptical of their overall legitimacy when used in certain ways. I do agree though that people have a better go of it when they aren't allergic to paperwork :)
