Let's not forget the CCP's "One Belt Road" efforts. They are predatory lenders who offer money (aka bribes) to poor 3rd world countries. Next the CCP upgrades the 3rd world's infrastructure using the "lent money" and bring in thousands Chinese workers from the mainland.

Then when the 3rd world nation default on the loan, the CCP comes in and takes all of their natural resources using the improved infrastructure, all built with CCP money and CCP imported labor.

Now they have control over many African and Latin American countries.
