PA was also a state that changed voting regs without going through the state legislature for approval. These are the things Pence should have pointed to when he had a chance to delay confirmation of states electoral votes. He could have avoided the drama associated with indicating audits needed to occur because of fraud by stating more time is needed while the parties work through the legal process regarding voting regs illegally being changed and violations of equal protection act.
