I filled it out and was honest. I know of one death after vax and three injuries.

I wrote that Ill consider another brand of vax if it has good safety records unlike the ones currently out now

I might have received the email because I'm an RN (retired), and a member of the MRC (Medical Reserve Corps).

I think it's more because of the MRC. To be a member/volunteer for the MRC, you do not have to be a member of the medical community.

I really recommend that you find one in your community. Lots of free classes and information. No obligation to serve or attend classes. It's for your own good. If you could help your community in an emergency, fine. If not, no problem.
