Torture Enters the American Courtroom
Well, that about sums up the advanced moral decay ongoing.

QUOTE
For the first time in American history, a federal judge last week authorized the government to admit as evidence in a criminal case in a public courtroom words uttered by the defendant that were obtained under torture.

The fruits of torture – which is any cruel or degrading or intentionally painful or disorienting behavior visited upon a person in captivity to induce compliance or to gratify the torturer – are not permitted in any court in the United States, and their inducement is criminal.

Here is the backstory.

Lovely....it may be the first time, but I highly doubt it will be the last. Perhaps it is best if the West just faded away. WIth morals like this, who needs the CCP?

Are most AMericans okay with this? I mean we have quarantine helltels but as far as I know, no torture confessions are allowed on the stand.

Post 9/11 desensitization.

Gitmo... etc.

The gubmint tortures the murikan population from all angles too, so I don´t think they care so much anymore.

Legal weed and nintendos. What more do you really need?

Most people in prisons are the victims of coerced confessions. It's the American way!
