Court documents state Madison man nicknamed “MagaLumberjack” charged with assaulting federal officer at January 6 riot

"MADISON, Ala. (WAFF) - The FBI arrested a Madison man on charges related to the January 6 Capitol riot on Monday.

On June 7, agents took Dillon Colby Herrington into custody on the charge of assaulting a federal officer.

Herrington is charged with the following:
- Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority
- Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Group
- Knowingly Engage in any act of Physical Violence Against any Person or Property in a Restricted Building
- Willfully and Knowingly Engage in an act of Physical Violence in the Grounds of the Capitol Building
- Commit or Attempt any act to Obstruct Impede or Interfere with Law Enforcement in the Lawful Performance of his Official Duties
- Forcibly Assault, Resist, Opposes Impede, Intimidate, or Interfere"

As we all know, every one of these violent POS who staged the Capitol riot and break-in were all agent provocateurs of Antifa.
This was a false flag op and thanks to the Republicans and the Paytriots on the internet they are arresting the Antifa actors who staged it by pretending to be Trump supporters by wearing MAGA caps and waving Trump flags and US flags and Gadsden flags.
They gave it away when they attacked the police and broke into the Capitol and rioted.
These Antifa liars claim, as usual, that it was "peaceful" but just the 20 min. video on the website linked shows how violent it was.
I don't remember walking over broken glass and through busted windows surrounded by screaming traitors waving Confederate Battle Flags and Trump Flags the last time I took a tour of the Capitol...
