I can only show you graphic images to the stasis outcome... and it's not pretty as I had seen dream images of dead corpses in storm drains. I did a check in Google Earth for flood levels to my region and it knocked out the airport, main traffic routes and sewage treatment facilities at just 14 metres, my dream showed a probability it could serge in 100 km inland and maybe 400 metre high waves.
