Ahhhh, a code word......


I had forgotten I had a book by her I got last year, Lessons from a Living Lemuria, but I just got it off my book shelf. It's about balancing karma through nutrition for ascension. I got about 1/3 the way through, got too busy with work, and it got put on the back burner. I'm retired now, so I'm going to finish it up.

The one great thing I remember reading about in the book was that shellfish is an okay protein to eat, that shellfish vibrate at a higher rate of frequency, so they're not a completely detritus protein source.

I am very fond of shellfish, and I've been eating more of it lately. I'm just about over chicken....I mean, it doesn't even resemble what I used to get 20 and beyond years ago for flavor AND texture....I just threw out chicken thighs because of their texture....it's too icky. Filet Mignon is about the only beef I'll eat anymore, save for dishes made from ground beef (meatballs, meatloaf, etc.), but even those are being made less and less. Pfht, I barely eat as it is.

That was a welcomed listen! I see she was plugging the book I have at the end of it. I was just looking at the Table of Contents and the chapter, The Rainbow Warrior Code, grabbed my attention. I don't normally skip ahead in books, but I think I'm going to this time. It's really piquing my interest.

Back in March of last year my expanded self informed me that the virus that we had going on at that time wasn't something to be concerned about....it was what would follow that would be deleterious. I'm pretty much now thinking the "Jezebel Juice" is what was referred to.

I have questions, though...but I suppose what she's saying is the 6/10 eclipse will have the "antidote" for said juice.

This shedding stuff gives me the creeps. It sits really uneasy with me. Makes me uncomfortable. And that means it's a problem.

I mean, we can't see the shedding, so how do we know if we're around it?....

I need to watch the video again. Heh, that was packed full of information....I felt like I had heard a "sermon at church"....in a secular way.

I'm very happy I got poked to come onto GLP, because I needed to watch this video. This explains the "ramping up" I've been noticing the past week+, this coming "event."
