The way human minds are programmed is complex, but here's the basis of how it works. Its touched on in the video:

The mind of a child, up until age 7 or 8, is essentially in a hypnotic trance, meaning it will absorb every piece of information it perceives. Every word spoken, every message communicated, every emotion felt is recorded as a "program" that forms the basis of the personality, thought patterns, responses, and beliefs of the world.

At 7 or 8, the child develops critical thought, and then has that as a filter in which to bring in new information through. Critical thinking, and later self awareness, act as our tools to discern truth from deception, group thought from individual thought, to start to detect the underlying reason for another persons words or behavior, to connect the moving puzzle pieces in the world around them.

When traumatized, (and trauma can be subtle or overt, persistent or sporadic, complex or surface level, normalized or ostracized), the brain acts from the amygdala (fight, flight, or freeze mode). When in this mode, namely freeze mode, which goes under the radar in a lot of people, the filters of critical thinking and self awareness get bypassed. The trauma becomes part of the unconscious personality program. It is a survival mechanism, and when un tampered with, isn't a terrible thing. .

When critical thought gets bypassed, especially as the result of a mass or group trauma like the events and happening of the past year, people are again in the childlike hypnotic state, where they will accept the information being fed to them. It may be through media, medical institutions, education institutions, or higher level technology.

Fear is essentially a direct route to mass hypnosis. When adults becomes programmed through the fear response, they are amplified by the validation of the others, and often never realize how the beliefs (programs) took hold to begin with .

If you have not seen it and are interested in the topic the netflix show about the UNABOMBER details in the last episode how as a 16 year old math prodigy enrolled in university he was psychologically broken down in the early 1960's under one of these programs.
