Tastes awful and dehydrates you. Drink lots of water with it. I use White Elephant capsules from Kratom Connection. It's great for arthritis and gives you energy and focus.

Use oblate pouches, makes it MUCH easier to take, just don't fill them too full and drink lots of liquid with them.

So, day 3 without kratom and I don't feel any sense of 'withdrawl'. The only thing that has changed is my bowels. 2 shits a day instead of 1 on kratom. I think the withdrawal 'meme' is absolute rubbish.

Yes...I see most are at the 9 gram level, which I don't like. But day 4 now and no withdrawl. It's 'right over there' if I want some but I decided to test the withdrawl part out...nada.

I've heard good things and tried it a few times to pleasant results. But the idea of an opioid-class substance, even natural, not having unpleasant withdrawal effects and/or dependency in humans just seems a bit farfetched to me. Even so, it's a band-aid that treats a symptom of a cause, not the underlying cause itself. That said, who can argue with results.

Ya, I use it to curb my drinking. But I also wanted to see the results upon stopping. The 2 things it does is regulate my bowels and makes not drinking really easy. But nada withdrawls.

Depends. Most people coming off it hard (from my belief) have either massively overdone it, or/and have massive nutritional vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Dehydration, too. This was me. It totally destroyed my tolerance as I had almost zero idea at the time. Multiple huge heaping teaspoons at a time (each being essentially 3 flat teaspoons worth, 2 or more of these 'teaspoons' at a time, twice a day...) Much later after I coudn't get any supply I was forced to ration...and got down to 2 flat teaspoons at a time, twice a day. After my body had adjusted I realized I was getting as good an effect and basically no withdrawal anxiety between dosages. Heck maybe a better effect since I didn't suffer from as much anxiety or that weird dehydration effect. I'd destroyed my tolerance for nothing and wasted sooooo much money on product I NEVER needed.

Black cumin seed oil is a godsend. Even if you're not quitting, use it to help lower your dosage and tolerance.

(OP) I have found NAC does wonders, with less 'matter'.
