Before I switched to caps I drank it...in powder form. How do you take/ingest it? With a dairy smoothie or just with juice or...?

Listen just add 1/2 tsp. Coca alkaloids concentrate from no vo an dina. I mix that with 2 tsp. Green maeng da in the morning and see how you feel. It's a the best feeling ever and it's all pretty much legal.

Grapefruit is a potentiator and it tastes good that way too.

I can get coca tea bags from the Venezuelan grocers. same thing?

I smoke sativa and I better have something to do for 3 hours or it’s a guaranteed anxiety attack lol. Kratom gives you a slight euphoric feeling , and the energy combination between the 2 is amazing. Plus the ability to zone out in creative thought it makes running almost effortless

I do the toss and wash method. I just mix 2g with some water and toss it down. Then I chase it with a little bit of juice.

I also mix in a little bit of turmeric as a potentiator

You can use it for a trial to see but you need about 3-5 of those tea bags and it's not the same. I sell it in our store and the granny's love it for nerve pain.

Tastes awful and dehydrates you. Drink lots of water with it. I use White Elephant capsules from Kratom Connection. It's great for arthritis and gives you energy and focus.

I'm all good...fine health, just drink too much. I even got a CAT scan and my brain is fine (see what you can do in Canada if you know the DR!).

B vitamins do work when quitting addictive substances. I use it quitting cigs and it really does help. I used 5hr energy.

I simply use the toss n wash method. I put 3 tablespoons on the back of my tongue and slam it with some sweet tea which knocks out the bitterness and boom. 20 minutes for effects.

I swear by Happy Hippo Herbals brand of kratom.

I buy bulk a kilo of each and it lasts me months and months. I usually get the Pink Maeng-da (red and white maeng da mix) and their Red Sumatra/Bali mix. Shits good.

I was on opiates for damn near 5 years following a major back injury. About 6 years ago I hit my knees in desperation wanting to stop being a slave of opiates.

I ended up deciding to quit on my own and had my doctor write me a script for valiums and then told my wife I'm going to be in the motorhome for about a week.

I went into that camper and set my full bottle of dilaudids on the a TV in front of me. Everytime I woke up and wanted a pill out of that bottle I took more valium and passed back out. After about day 5 I came out of that camper ok, stinky, sweaty, but no more a slave to that fucking shit.

Haven't looked back since. Kratom has helped me when I needed relief. I really am grateful for that plant.

I microwave 5oz water and teaspoon of sugar for 22 seconds, stir in a tablespoon of kratom and chug.

Tried mixing with lemonade once, about turned me inside out. Blecch!

Turmeric with black pepper is a good supplement. Black pepper improves absorption of the turmeric.

Ok then... 2 tsp premium green with 1/2 tsp coca concentrated powder. You can thank me later.

8g ground up with some grape fruit is where its at. Its like marygold tea etc, make sure your liver and kidneys are good before going heavy.

I like Kratom, helps my energy and focus.

I have to be very careful, I have a sensitive system and too much makes me nauseous. About 1/2 tsp in my coffee with extra sweetener helps with the nasty taste.

Definitely drink extra water with it!

Also don't get ripped off... You should not pay more than $100 for a kilogram of kratom and the concentrated coca tea is about$400 a kilogram.

Good story, glad you made it through. Good thing you had your wife. That was of import for sure. I helped 2 people go through opiate detox and they had no wives, they had me...lol...make them soup, slap them if they tried to 'reach for???' and keeping the house clean of anything ingestible. Then my friends opened up the Ibogaine Therapy House and they wanted to send me through for tobacco because I have no desire to quit tobacco so it was an experiment. See if I would spontaneously give up one of the loves of my life.

As it turned out I had a heart attack from shitty coke a bunch of years prior so I never got to go through the experience. I still ponder doing so myself but that will be at a later date. 2 days drinking, 5 sober and a pack a day does me perfectly.

I've been using Kratom for 4 years. I was a passenger in bad bus wreck. Got thrown into the opiate river for 2 plus years. Then got shut down. Without Kratom I would not be able to function.

I do pretty well with Wild lettuce in caps which I take rarely more than once or twice a week now. Just one most of the time .Rarely 2. I have seen here where some take up to 4 at a time.

Baking soda is useful for some of my pain related to acidity from diabetes.

oh and cherries and blueberries.
