What I've seen is less quantity or quality but prices remaining the same so people don't freak out.

Funny they mention trash bags. I noticed this with some great value brand trash bags I use. The packaging got updated, the price stayed the same from what I remember when I last bought them, but there's now 10 less bags in the pack.

I reorder the exact same cartful from Sam's Club biweekly.

Prices are going up quite a bit.

Every other week it's shocking how much more my cart total is than it was two weeks prior.

Yea that’s what I knew you would say.

I couldn’t care less who’s president or who’s running when I take out the trash. I do care somewhat that I get 10 less trash bags for my money now. Nice attempt at derailing the thread though. Don’t worry buddy, you’ll get the hang of it.

wow, an overpaid idiot on a news channel has now decided
to inform us of inflation. we have been living in inflation
for a few years, but it takes an idiot to tell us that.

paying them minimum wage would be to much for these
worthless idiots.

I always buy my meat at costco. We went there yesterday and it cost me $700, usually costs me around $400 for what I bought.

I've got about an acre and a half of staple veggies and fruits about to bloom their goodies right meow. That should help alot. My wife is learning canning for veggies and salting/canning meats. I have some local butchers that I always bring some beer or whiskey whenever I buy from them, I've got 15 hens now and looking into some quails, and of course I have a years worth of survival food for each of the six people in my household.

I dont know what's going to ultimately happen but I feel in my bones that the next 6-36 months are going to reshape humanity. Now whether it's for the better or the worse solely depends on us. Prepare accordingly guysth

I've always said that Biden is really analogous to Paul von Hindenberg, the SENILE President of Weimar Germany who ushered in....Hitler and a completely authoritarian state. There is a direct analogy between the deliberate destruction of the US under Biden and what happened under Weimar Germany.

I'm not about to let politics fuck up my idealic life ... we are just getting our gardens started up here in Central CO, and it's been a great Spring with plenty of moisture- the soil in the outdoor beds is perfect, and the seedlings are just waiting in the greenhouse for "hail season" to be over

Food has always been $$ to me, and you can't buy the quality of food that comes out of a garden IMO - I've been watching the prices soar at Cost-co - it's very apparent when you only shop every other month (so you can afford to buy in bulk) ... my pantry is full and so is my freezer - I keep it that way and the gardens keep me in nutrients - dairy too, if I wasn't so lazy. I'm not counting on politicians to feed me or my critters - that's what Nature was designed to do, when we don't live stacked up on top of each other by the millions ...

all those disrupting frequencies and the bad air in the Matrix - just not a healthy environment ... reminds me of stock-yards with loudspeakers - I hate going to town...but my local store doesn't carry "organic" food and just about all of Costco's food is "certified" organic and cheaper by far than my closest Safeway (that never require masks)

I am prepared to hunker down for a year comfortably - more if I have to - I really don't see how the markets will stay open with no product and no money - even if we aren't in "lock-down" - how much gas you got ?
