Here is a picture frame I designed and made for a friend of mine that took a picture of a young woman in Paris back in the eighties. She blew the picture up and them hand painted on top of it. Top to bottom of e frame is 8ft 7”. We traded some work, and I now have this piece on my living room wall. https://imgur.com/a/w8A5Lg5Thank you for sharing. Knew you worked with metal, didn't know you were an artist, should have though. We have a good friend who is a metal sculptor. He does birds out of single pieces bent and form that hang from trees or stands. Their movement is amazing. I've asked him make me a candelabra but he won't. Not his thing. :) My pleasure. I have seen some bird sculptures at a few outdoor out shows, some of them really captured the movement of flight, really well done. Kinda funny your friend won’t make you a candlelabra because it’s not his thing, I do all kinds of metal work, great way to learn the trade and hone the skills by fabricating different things. Quoting: LTHN. Quite labor intensive, I am very satisfied with the end result. Top to bottom, they are 40” long, diameter at the top is 9”, each weigh 37 lbs.
